भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने आज असम, केरल, तमिलनाडु, पश्चिम बंगाल और पुदुचेरी की राज्य विधानसभाओं के आम चुनाव, 2021 के लिए कार्यक्रम की घोषणा कर दी है। चुनाव के लिए मतदान 27 मार्च से शुरू हो जाएगा। इसमें कुछ राज्य में एक चरण में है पूरे चुनाव कार्यक्रम में निपटाए जाएंगे तो वही असम राज्य में 3 चरण और पश्चिम बंगाल में आठ चरण यह चुनाव कार्यक्रम संपन्न होंगे। असम तमिलनाडु और पुडुचेरी में एक चरण में ही पूरा कार्यक्रम संपन्न किया जाएगा। जिन राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव होने जा रहे हैं उनमें से पश्चिम बंगाल में सबसे अधिक सीट 294 विधानसभा सीट है तो तमिलनाडु राज्य में 234 विधान सभा सीटें हैं। असम जहां तीन चरण में चुनाव होने जा रहा है वहां 126 विधानसभा सीट है।पश्चिम बंगाल का चुनाव अभी काफी प्रतिष्ठा पूर्ण हो गया है और भारतीय जनता पार्टी , प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में यहां काफी पहले से चुनाव के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रही है।इन पांचों राज्यों में चुनाव के लिए मतगणना एक साथ होगी और चुनाव परिणाम 2 मई को घोषित किए जाएंगे।
